ROBERT M. CHURCH
Rob holds a Master of Arts Degree in Educational Leadership from Rider University, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems from Dominican College and an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Business Administration from Rockland Community College. He has more than 15 years of grassroots non-profit experience working with both national and local organizations. His dedication to community building and education is also found through his experiences in law enforcement while serving diverse communities, and as an educational leader, teacher and mentor at the elementary school and collegiate levels.
Rob has served as a local area leader, managing all aspects of a volunteer charitable organization, as well as the state vice president and state chairperson for an organization whose primary mission it is to provide assistance to veterans, children with disabilities, educational scholarships and support for youth service and anti-drug and alcohol programs.
As a New York City Police Officer, Rob received commendations for excellent and meritorious service while working within some of the most ethnically and culturally diverse communities in the world. He was recognized by the New York Police Department and the Fraternal Order of Police numerous times for excellence and meritorious service and was inducted into the Legion of Honor of the American Police Hall of Fame.
Rob has lived in New Jersey for over 19 years and enjoys spending time with his three children, daughters Katherine and Elizabeth and son William.
HR and Administration
Kusuma Basappa- Associate Director, Human Resources and Administration
Kusuma is a graduate of Pfeiffer University with a Master of Science degree in Human Resources and Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology, Journalism and Literature) degree from Bangalore University.
Kusuma brings over 12 years of progressive Human Resources Management experience in diverse industries such as manufacturing, retail, financial services & amp; consulting globally.
As an accomplished HR leader, Kusuma has a wide range of experience in various HR functional areas such as HR strategies, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, Performance Management, and Executive Coaching.
Being a firm believer in the Servant Leadership style, mentoring is one of Kusuma’s passions and strengths. Throughout her career, Kusuma has volunteered with various nonprofit organizations with diverse causes and initiatives.
Kusuma applauds and identifies with DoughMain Financial Literacy Foundation’s purpose of educating young adults and communities in financial literacy.
Quinn graduated from Rutgers - Mason Gross School of Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. With a passion for book and information design, Quinn hopes to use design as a means of evolving the education landscape to create a more fulfilling and effective people-centric learning experience for students today.
Quinn leads the Art and Graphic Design team at the Foundation. Quinn uses her understanding and skills in design to develop and manage the team in completing the many creative projects at the foundation. Quinn is also primarily responsible for the look and feel of the FitKit Personal Finance Programs and materials.
In her free time, Quinn can be found reading comics, playing video games, looking at nature, as well as dreaming (if you count that as a hobby!)
Fione holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Rutgers: Mason Gross School of Arts.
Fione's main design principles consist of productivity, organization, and simplicity. This allows Fione to present her designs in a way that is transparent as possible so that the product is intuitively understandable.
Fione serves at DoughMain Financial Literacy Foundation as a Graphic Designer. Her understanding and skills in design supports Fione to work on projects and to create materials that promote financial literacy and responsibility in students and communities.
During her leisure, Fione likes to read, play video games and listen to K-Pop.
Volunteer Contributor, Education & Community Programs
Education: Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. Background: Retired Senior National Bank Examiner at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, where over a career of 40 years was involved in all aspects of bank regulation and supervision. In addition, for the past several years he has taught financial literacy workshops as a volunteer for various organizations. He joined DoughMain in August 2021 and is currently focused on developing original content for Fitkit and FitKit Express Community programs.
Education: Graduate of Rutgers University in Biology, Amelia’s had a career in the financial services business, primarily in technology and technology strategy. Her experience in financial services allowed her to be involved in the development of many financial products available today. She was a director of Citibank International and Senior Vice President at Bank of America. She joined DoughMain in February of 2021, focusing on the development of community business relationships and grant writing.
Education: Bachelor of Science, Computer and Information Science, Brooklyn College. Master of Science, Computer Science, Cornell University. Experience: 26 years at Security Industry Automation Corporation (SIAC) / NewYork StockExchange (NYSE), 5.5 years at Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and three years at Chicago Mercantile Group (CME) Group. He joined DoughMain in 2021 focusing in grants and funding research and grant writing
